How do I post a shift?
Log into your Quinable account, click "Post Shift," fill in the details (date, time, type of professional needed), and submit. Qualified professionals in your area will be notified immediately.
How does billing work?
Quinable uses a prepaid wallet system. You fund your wallet, and costs are automatically deducted when shifts are completed. You receive detailed invoices for every transaction.
What if a professional doesn't show up?
Contact us immediately through the chat or submit a ticket. We take no-shows seriously and will work to find a replacement as quickly as possible. You are never charged for unfulfilled shifts.
How do I update my credentials?
Professionals can update their credentials, licenses, and certifications directly in the Quinable app under profile settings. Make sure to upload updated documents before they expire.
